  • Lori Sprott - Performance Coach

    Meet Lori Sprott, BS in Clinical Exercise Physiology, ACE-CPT. Lori received her Bachelor of Science in Clinical Exercise Physiology from Va. Tech. and has worked in the industry for 25 years. She is also certified as both an Orthopedic Exercise Specialist and Weight Management Specialist. Lori has experience in group exercise for strength training and Floor Pilates. Lori has worked over the years with a wide variety of clients but specializes in USA Swimming Strength and Conditioning and training Older Adults. Helping people regain function to enjoy life is what drives Lori. She finds helping a client be able to keep up with their grandchildren or gain confidence to maintain an active lifestyle extremely rewarding. Lori is also a USA Swim Coach and high school Swim Coach as well.

  • Ola Cabbell - Performance Manager

    Meet Ola Cabbell, MSEd Exercise Science and Wellness, CSCS, USAW, ACE FNS, Performance Manager. Ola completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science at James Madison University, followed by her Master’s Degree in Exercise Science and Wellness from Old Dominion University. Ola has trained athletes at all levels, including the summer outdoor Olympic sports at the Olympic Training Center in San Diego, football at UVA, and rowing at Georgetown. During her 14 years in the industry, she has designed training programs for performance and health goals, working with clients of all ages and abilities. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, as well as USA Weightlifting Coach, and Nutrition Specialist. Ola enjoys educating clients about living a healthy lifestyle and helping them discover their personal strengths and push their limits to learn what they are truly capable of achieving. She believes that “you can do anything as long as you’re willing to try. Challenge yourself to do one more rep and take one more step. Accept the challenge to be better than you were yesterday.”

  • Todja LeCadre - Performance Coach

    Meet Todja LeCadre, CPT NFPT. She graduated from East Carolina university in may of 2018 with a bachelor’s in health fitness, and began her personal training career in March of 2019. Previously, Todja worked as a personal trainer for Onelife fitness, as well as a performance swim/ track and field coach for Woodside high school. Todja is devoted to improving the quality of health and fitness to all clients no matter the age or current fitness level. Outside of work, Todja enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as getting to workout and improve her own fitness!

  • Ty Davis - Performance Coach

    Meet Ty Davis, MS, CSCS, CF-L1, Performance Coach. Ty completed his Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from American Military University. After his undergraduate degree, Ty completed Master’s degrees in both Exercise Science: Human Performance and Exercise Science: Nutrition and Wellness from Liberty University. He is also a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Ty also earned his CrossFit Level 1 Certificate and Bio-Force Certified Conditioning Coach. Ty joined Pivot in 2019 and has 20 plus years of tactical military experience with the United States Marine Corps and understands what it takes to physically and mentally prepare for military service. He is committed to helping all athletes across a wide range of abilities from elite athletes, both military and professional, to our youth that are embarking on their athletic journey. He is passionate about helping others achieve their health and wellness goals so they can live healthy and strong lives.
