  • Dawn Bontrager - Tai Chi Instructor

    Meet Dawn Bontrager PTA, OPTA, FSOAE, Certified Tai Chi Instructor. Dawn joined our team in 2015. She has her Orthopedic Specialty Certification and her Rehabilitative Tai Chi specialty. Dawn enjoys using Tai Chi to help her patients and clients improve balance and also teaches Tai Chi. Dawn graduated from ECPI with her Physical Therapy Assistant degree in 2014. Prior to going back to school to become a PTA, Dawn was a massage therapist for 8 years. Outside of work, Dawn enjoys sailing, horseback riding, and soccer.

  • Mary-Lewis Wine - Performance Coach

    Meet Mary-Lewis Wine, NSCA-CPT. Mary-Lewis started her training career in NYC training high profile clients like Madonna from 1984-1986. She moved back to her hometown of Williamsburg and has been training clients at Kingsmill Resort for the past 30+ years. She has extensive experience training athletes and has been a performance coach at Walsingham Academy and Jamestown High over the years. She also trained clients at core Fitness from 2003 to 2008. Now a Gloucester resident, she has been part of the Pivot team since 2016. Although she loves training athletes, she has found great satisfaction training the Senior Fit clients at Pivot! Besides her love of fitness, she has three adult children, Sam, Tyler and Elizabeth whom she loves very much. If you have every met Mary-Lewis, you know that her passion and energy are contagious!

  • Rachel Alexander - Performance Coach

    Meet Rachel Alexander NASM-CPT GSPT Performance Coach. Rachel has been at Gloucester Courthouse since 2016. She is passionate about helping clients overcome roadblocks to their fitness and health. She knows how difficult it can be to improve health and fitness but knows it is worth it! She loves watching people transform their lives. Previously, Rachel worked as an aqua fitness instructor at the Riverside Wellness Center as well as more than 5 years as a Beach Body online coach. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family including her 3 year old grandson.
