  • Aaron Pifer - Performance Coach

    Aaron is a graduate from the University of Pittsburgh where he earn his BS in Exercise Science and his MS in Health & Physical Activity Programming & Promotion. He is a certified personal trainer through the National Strength & Conditioning Association.  As an experienced fitness & performance coach, Aaron is ready to help you move well and live healthy. 

  • Beth Herbst - Yoga Instructor

    Beth Herbst, M.Ed. is an RYT 200 Kripalu Vinyasa Yoga Teacher, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and an ACE Mind Body Specialist. She has been with Pivot (previously ProCare) in Athens, PA since 2014. She teaches Yoga and Chair Yoga classes remotely: Tuesday and Thursday. 

    Beth has been a student and teacher of Yoga for 9 years. Her practice has helped her to grow stronger and more flexible, and to try and live each moment more mindfully.  Her classes are compassion-centered, and include breath work, creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration.  Come to yoga class and nurture your body, mind and spirit, stepping off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.

    Beth is a Boston Marathon qualifier and finisher, a triathlete and a community volunteer. 

  • Bob Meikle, MD - Wellness Coach

    Bob is a retired Medical Doctor who attended the United States Military Academy (West Point, NY) and Jefferson Medical College (Philadelphia, PA). Through his exceptional military service he earned a Bronze Star, Combat Medical Badge, Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, and a Southwest Asia Service Medal.  Bob’s vibrant family practice helped him build a reputation as a caring and effective Doctor. While most look at retirement as ‘me’ time, Bob continues to give and serve through helping others improve their health through wellness coaching. Whatever your wellness goals are, Bob can help you accomplish them. 

  • Mason Monahan - Assistant Manager & Performance Coach

    Mason grew up in Towanda, PA where he pole vaulted and played football for the Towanda Black Knights. After graduation, he joined the Marine Corps and served 6 years in the Reserves all while attending college at Lock Haven University. He graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Recreation Management with a concentration in fitness. He is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise. As an experienced coach, he is excited to share his knowledge and experiences with the members at Pivot to keep them moving well and living healthy.

  • Raya Wohltmann - Performance Coach

    Raya graduated from Eastern University with a Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Science. She is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine as well as a Titleist Performance Institute Golf Fitness Specialist. Raya is a passionate fitness & performance professional who helps clients of all ages and abilities move well and live healthy. 

  • Shelby Park - Membership Representative & Performance Coach

    Shelby earned her Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science from Marywood University and is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength & Conditioning Association. As a passionate fitness & performance professional, whatever your goals are, Shelby is here to help.
